With the development of the power system, the capacity of operating equipment is getting larger and larger. For example, the capacity of a single unit has exceeded 600MW for thermal power generation units, and the maximum capacity of a single unit for hydropower units has reached 700MW; in addition, 110kV, 220kV SF6 combined electrical appliances (GIS) As well as high-voltage cables, coupling capacitors, AC power frequency withstand voltage test of these devices, if traditional test equipment (ie power frequency test transformer) is used, the test transformer and voltage regulator are very bulky and large due to the large capacity required for the test. The test power supply is also difficult to solve in the field, and field test is extremely inconvenient. The High Voltage Resonant Test System have great advantages in terms of test power supply capacity, equipment weight, test waveform and investment.


Inductive resonant test set(high voltage resonant test system) is one kind of resonant test set,it make the frequency as 50Hz or one specific frequency, we also call it as power frequency high voltage resonant test system.

Over-voltage and transmission over-voltage protection: this device to a proper wiring mode, perfect protection links and energy absorption step by step, to prevent counterattack, over-voltage and transmission over-voltage infringement. After years of field practice, it can be proved that the test set can not avoid the damage and threat to the whole set of test device and the on-site test personnel when they are flashover or breakdown. At the same time, the failure point of the tested product can be avoided, and the damage is not enlarged after flashover or breakdown.


The main function as below:

(1) Telemetry function of reactor core gap:

The device is provided with a gap sensor on the reactor, and the gap of the iron core can be directly read out on the console to guide the operation, and a gap limit switch and an indication are additionally arranged.

(2) Withstand time to automatic step-down function:

Digital timer is used for withstand timing and when reach to withstanf voltage time, the system will automatically step-down

(3) Zero turn on and zero rise:

Zero limit function, if the voltage regulator is not zero, the high voltage output button can not close, and ensure that the system is from zero to step up.

(4) Over current protection function:

The system is equipped with electromagnetic overcurrent relay, this relay anti-interference ability, quick action, to avoid test products not flow damage.

(5) Overvoltage and the flashover protection function of the tested products:

The utility model is provided with an electronic overvoltage flashover protective plate to avoid the damage of the test product not subjected to pressure and flashover, and the action is rapid.

(6) Real-time monitoring function of each test data:

The voltage, current and the voltage and current on the low voltage side can be monitored, so that the test can be understood more intuitively.
