It is used as insulation coating for external surface of glass fiber sleeve, electric wire, especially glass fiber silicone rubber. 
Before use the glass fiber must be confirmed to be free of wax (namely wax-free glass fiber or glass fiber which has been performed with high temperature dew axing)
